POSITION TITLE: Lunch Bartender Join our TALENTED team of Hospitality Professionals TODAY!Bartenders, as part of a team or when working alone and under the direction of the food and beverage managers, are required to work in a collaborative environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails Have an advanced understanding of wine, beer, and cocktails Beverage knowledge is kept current as menus evolve Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FB-FOH service positions Ability to multitask between the cycles of service of those at the bar, and producing the beverages needed in other areas of the Club Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both Club Members and teammates Derives pleasure from providing hospitality EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Minimum three years of experience in the hospitality industry SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILL & ABILITY: Ability to read, write, and speak English to comprehend and communicate job functions and interact with membership, guests and colleagues Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
